Where can I buy IF?

Imaginary Friends is currently only sold on our website.


How often do you restock product?

Collections will not be restocked once they are sold out. In addition, we do not mass produce to limit our waste. To keep up with stocking updates make sure to join our mailing list.


How do I care for my product?

For best care turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water. We recommend washing with similar colours to prevent colour leaking. 


Will I have to pay taxes & duties on international orders?

If you are purchasing products from outside of Canada you will be responsible for any taxes & duties.

What is your return policy?

Due to the limited number of pieces we produce we will not be accepting returns or exchanges. To ensure you get the perfect fit please check your measurements and our size guide prior.


What if I put in the wrong address?

Email us! If the product has not yet shipped we will do our best to change the shipping address for you.


 

What if my purchase is lost in the mail?

Imaginary Friends is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. Please contact the designated carrier for support.
